Investigating officers arrived at the scene and spoke with the 11-year-old victim and his 18-year-old brother.

They reported that they were walking southbound on Lincoln Street when a silver Toyota truck, traveling northbound, pulled next to the juvenile.

A man reached out the passenger side window and grabbed the juvenile by the right arm, telling the boy to get inside his vehicle.

The victim was able to break free from the suspect and move away from the vehicle, and the suspect then fled northbound on Lincoln Street.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, approximately 60 years old, medium build, black hair, wearing dark colored glasses, with a possible tattoo on his right forearm.  He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt.

A composite sketch was provided and is shown at the right.

The suspect vehicle was described as a silver, two-door, Toyota pickup truck, unknown license plate number.
