The 14th annual Tour de Palm Springs charity bike ride will be held on February 10 & 11 in downtown Palm Springs on North Palm Canyon Drive.
Friday will be the Expo and information pick-up from 12:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
The actual ride is on Saturday, with staggered start times from 6:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
Bicyclists can choose from 5 different rides, ranging from a 5-mile fun ride all the way up to a 100-mile ‘century’ ride for the more serious cyclists.
Pre-registration is encouraged, although sign-ups are available the day of the event.
A variety of vendors will be there, and live entertainment is scheduled throughout the day.
Bike rentals are available.
Presented by CVSPIN, the Tour de Palm Springs is an event designed to raise money for non-profit organizations in the Coachella Valley. This year, organizers hope to raise over $200,000 for local charities.
Palm Springs’ famous weather, gorgeous mountain scenery, thousands of bike riders, and raising money for charities make the Tour de Palm Springs an event like no other.
