On January 25 at about 6:30 p.m., an officer from the Moreno Valley Police Department responded to the 14000 block of De Soto Place in Moreno Valley in response to a report of a runaway juvenile.

Officers learned that Juleesa Franco (pictured right) was suspended from Landmark Middle School earlier that day for fighting.

She came home from school and left her residence a short time later, possibly on a girl’s pink 20″ bicycle.

Juleesa has health issues which need to be attended.

Juleesa Franco is a white female, 13 years old, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 105 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black leather jacket, white hooded sweat shirt, and blue jeans.

She may be in the Woodland Park area of Moreno Valley.
