James Belger June 11, 1952 - December 29, 2011

James passed away in Riverside, California, on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at the age of 59 years. He was born in Torrance, California on Wednesday, June 11, 1952, until he relocated to Orange County.

Jim was an engineer for Sunmark Nursing-Health Care for 25 years and a Riverside resident for 23 years. Jim studied his passion, Tae Kwan Do, for 14 years and earned a second degree black belt. He enjoyed outdoor activities and was an avid fan of baseball & football, but most of all he loved family time and to tinker.

Jim will be remembered most for his great sense of humor, his kindness and willingness to help anyone. Jim was preceded in death by his sister, Denise.

Jim is survived by his beloved wife, Debra, father of Tish Calhoun of Myrtle Beach, SC, Temple Aguero of San Diego, JD Belger of Riverside, grandfather of 5 and brother of Donna, Judy, Linda and Dana.

Pastor Rick Shutte will officiate at the Memorial Services, Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 12:00 P.M. in Harvest Christian Fellowship, 6181 Arlington Avenue, Riverside, CA. The family will be honoring Jim at their home following the Memorial Service, 5241 Marango Court, Riverside from 2 to 4 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorial contributions be made to the Sulpizio Cardiovascular Center, San Diego, CA.
