On January 25 at about 8:30 p.m., deputies from the Jurupa Valley’s Special Enforcement Team detained Jesus Maclovio Madrigal for carrying a concealed and loaded firearm in public at the corner of Archer Street and Limonite Avenue in Jurupa Valley.
Madrigal, 20, was arrested and deputies searched his home in the 9000 block of 63rd Street, also in Jurupa Valley. The seized a second firearm along with gang-related items from inside the home.
Madrigal, a documented gang member, was arrested for committing a felony as a member of a criminal street gang, carrying a concealed and loaded firearm in public, carrying the concealed and loaded firearm while under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a firearm by an addict.
