Corrine Perea went to be with Jesus Christ on December 31, 2011. She was surrounded by her family at her side. Born in Clovis, New Mexico on June 2, 1938 she grew up and attended school in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

She married Francisco Perea on April 19, 1957 and they were married 54 years.

She is survived by her husband, Francisco; one daughter, Elizabeth Elaine; and four sons, Robert, Anthony, Frank and Mark.

She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and many relatives including a twin sister, Geraldine and brother Richard, both of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Pre-service visitation will be followed by chapel service at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 10, at Preston and Simons Mortuary, 3358 Mission Inn Ave., Riverside, California. Interment to follow at Riverside National Cemetery. A reception will be held at the home of Anthony and Geraldine Perea immediately following the service.
