Anna Lee Catte, age 87, of Hemet, CA, for 18 years passed away Monday, December 26, 2011, at her residence. Anna Lee was born February 14, 1924 in Pomona, California.

She was the daughter of the late Leland Beatty and the late Christina (Davis) Beatty. She was a devoted wife and a loving mother and a wonderful grandmother. Anna Lee was a member of Hemet United Methodist Church in Hemet where she was a volunteer with many activities in the church.

Some of them where the food pantry and bible study. She was also a volunteer with the American Red Cross, Camp Host and Ramona Carvers. She enjoyed camping, sewing, crocheting and textile painting.

She was preceded in death by her sister Marjorie Catte and her loving husband Stephen Catte.

She is survived by her one son Edwin L Catte, Hemet, CA one daughter Gail Cook, Phelan, CA; one brother Howard Beatty of Victorville, CA; four grand children; five great-grand children.

Arrangements are being handled by Miller-Jones Mortuary & Crematory Hemet , 1501 W. Florida Avenue, Hemet, CA. Memorial service will be held at Hemet United Methodist Church on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private. Please remember Anna Lee by making memorial contributions to Ramona VNA Hospice. Family would like to give a special thanks to Candy Jones from Home Instead, who was a great caregiver.
