News headline from the Riverside Sheriff’s Department:
Investigators from the Indio Station Investigations Bureau served three search warrants on Thursday, November 24, after investigative leads into the robbery at the Bermuda Dunes branch of El Paseo Bank identified the suspect as Tyson Kohut, 37, of Thousand Palms, CA. and Los Angeles.
Evidence was recovered during the service of the search warrants linking Kohut to this bank robbery, however Kohut was not located and remains outstanding.
Kohut is described as 6′2″ tall, 220 lbs, with brown hair, and green eyes. He has lived in both Los Angeles and more recently in Thousand Palms. Kohut is known to frequent local casinos.
