Headline news from the Redlands Police Department: 
Redlands Police have released new sketch and details of a possible suspect in the January 5, 2011, shooting death of two teenage boys. Two other boys were wounded in the shooting.
Investigators are seeking information on a Hispanic man between 17 and 20, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 140-150 pounds with a thin build. He wore a dark hooded sweatshirt pulled over his head and dark pants and was armed with a firearm. Police continue to seek the public’s help to ID the suspect.
The shooter escaped in a dark colored mid to late 1990s model Honda Accord or Honda Civic.
The shooting occurred shortly after 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 5, in a common playground area between two apartment buildings in the 900 block of Oxford Drive north of Colton Avenue. Police began receiving calls immediately reporting shots fired and victims down in the area of Oxford Drive, Post Street and Colton Avenue.
When they arrived officers found four teenage males who had been shot. One victim, 17-year-old Quinn McCaleb, located at the corner of Post Street and Sun Avenue, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Three victims were transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center where 16-year-old Andrew Jackson died a short time later. The other two victims were hospitalized with injuries and later released. A fifth teen escaped without injury. Investigators have not determined a motive for the shooting.
A $10,000 reward, provided by an anonymous donor, has been offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect or suspects in the shooting.
