Two skydivers die at Perris Valley Airport

News headline from the Riverside Sheriff’s Department:
On Thursday, March 3, about 4:00 p.m., deputies from the Perris Police Department responded to the Perris Valley Airport regarding a reported fatality involving two skydivers.  Initial reports indicate the skydivers’ parachutes/canopies had collided and became entangled.

Two small quakes in Big Bear City

A small earthquake happened in Big Bear City.  It was detected Thursday, March 31, at 4:34 p.m.
The quake was 3.1 in magnitude, according to the USGS.
A second quake in the same region followed at 4:35 p.m., it was 2.5 in magnitude.
There have been no reports of damage.
