PROPOSAL: Planning Commission recommends amendment to Title 19 of the Riverside Municipal Code for revisions to site location, operation, and development standards for drive thru businesses.
ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The Planning Commission has determined that the proposed project is exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Sections 15060(C)(2) and 15061(b)(3).
