On Monday, August 23, at around 8:30 a.m., Riverside deputies from the Jurupa Valley Station were called to River Heights Intermediate School in Eastvale on reports of lewd conduct occurring in the parking lot.

Deputies learned that a parent saw a male masturbating in what appeared to be his work vehicle in the front parking lot of the school. Another parent blocked the man’s vehicle until the deputies arrived.

The male in the vehicle was identified as Miguel Giles, 26, of Eastvale.  He was arrested for lewd conduct and booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center.
