Commission for Women invites residents to a public hearing on August 26.

The county’s Commission for Women will hold a public hearing on issues confronting women and families to the all-day event.

The event offers community members an opportunity to discuss the obstacles and challenges faced by the women and families in Riverside County.

Information from the hearings will help determine the Commission’s legislative agenda, which provides policy recommendations for the Board of Supervisors.

The event will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Board Chambers of the County Administration Center, 4080 Lemon Street, in downtown Riverside.
