A Toyota Corolla was involved in a rear-end accident with a Toyota Tundra around 8:00 a.m. Monday.

It happened on the I-10 west of Cherry Avenue. The impact appeared so strong that the frame on the truck was bent, and the crash turned the differential and rear wheels to the sides.

At least one person was taken to the hospital.
