A moderate earthquake happened Saturday, August 21, at 6:59 a.m. The epicenter was Cabazon, according to the USGS.

The quake was 3.6 in magnitude.

There have been no reports of damage.

A smaller earthquake rattled the Cabazon area on May 31.
