Man dies after being hit by boat at Lake Havasu

On July 3, Eric James Lynn Norris, 30, of Westminster, died after being struck by a boat in Lake Havasu. Norris was being pulled on a tube on Lake Havasu, he fell into the water and was hit by a passing boat, according to the San Bernardino County Coroner.

Friends were able to pull Norris from the water and into the boat. He was taken to Havasu Landing, where he was pronounced dead by fire personnel.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff Department is investigating the incident.
