Joseph Richard Saulnier died on April 9, 2010 from complications. He was born on November 10 1941 in Beverly, Massachusetts.

He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Saulnier, married 44 years; also by his step son, Micheal Chapmen; brother, Buddy and sister, Eileen.

He is also survived by his five grandaughters and 8 great grandchildren.
