The Inland Empire’s legendary Bob Banfield (pictured right) will retire from KABC-TV on May 26.
Banfield has been with KABC-TV since 1967, and started as a Los Angeles-based reporter, before becoming the Inland Empire Bureau Chief.
Banfield’s 43 years at KABC-TV makes him the longest-serving reporter on the KABC-TV staff.
He has been a longtime resident of Redlands.
