The 2010 Riverside International Film Festival opened with great fanfare on Friday night at Riverside’s Fox Performing Arts Center. The setting was a locally- historic moment for Riverside, as actresses Ann Rutherford and Anne Jefferys were on hand to receive awards.  The honors were presented by Dr. Harki Dhillon, President of RIFF, and Riverside Mayor Ron Loveridge.
