Salvador Gonzalez, age 57, of Perris, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2010.  Born Tuesday, February 5, 1953 in Cotija, Mexico to Salvador & Esperanza Gonzalez.  Salvador was employed by Pacific Living Systems and a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church.

Salvador was known as a good son that always took good care of his mother and family.  Salvador was a hardworking and giving person.  He loved to read the newspaper and always liked to know what was happening in the world.  Salvador was an avid soccer player, playing the goalie position.  His passion was helping his fellow men in their rights, as a member of the UFWU and the Cotija Club (his home town).  He will be missed by all his family and friends.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Miller-Jones Mortuary & Crematory located at 1835 North Perris Blvd., Perris, California where a Visitation will be held from 3:00pm to 7:00pm with a Rosary at 5:00pm on Sunday, February 28, 2010.  Funeral Mass will be held at St. James the Less Catholic Church located at 269 W. Third Street, Perris, California at 10:00am Monday, March 1, 2010.  Interment will follow to Olivewood Memorial Park, Riverside, California.
