Alexis Faith Castellanos Evans, 5 months

Alexis Faith Castellanos Evans, age 5 months, of Hemet, San Jacinto, CA. passed away on Monday, July 27, 2009. Alexis was born February 18, 2009 in Hemet Valley Hospital.

She was a very happy and precious little girl angel. She always had a smile telling us everything is going to be O.K. She was born with a paralised vocal cords and was saved by placing a trach which helped her breath and a G tube in her stomach which helped her eat.

Alexis left behind a mother, Maressa Evans, a father, Paul Giuerro and a little sister, Serenity Evans.

She also left behind two grandmothers, Cynthia Balderrama and Mellissa Evans, three grandfathers, Antonio Vallejo, Simon Flores, and Rene Balderrama.Great grandmothers, Dorothy Randal, and Lucila Vaslejo; Great Grandfathers, Jesse Flores, Tommy Senior Evans, Tony Vallejo. Aunts, Angela Evans, Karla Cruz, Andrea Ramirez, Monica Evans, Janette Marrique, Brianns Batrez, Karina Vallejo. Uncles David, Daneil, and Tommy Evans, Dominic and Cannon Balderrama, along with many cousins and nieces and nephews.
