Two Obama administration officials say Chrysler will file for bankruptcy protection after talks broke down with a small group of the company’s creditors. The company had also been on the verge of a merger with Fiat.

Locally Moss Bros. Dodge sells Chrysler products at the Riverside Auto Center and at a dealership in San Bernardino.

It is unknown what a bankruptcy filing will mean for the locally-owned dealer.
